Keynote Speaker: David Kaye, M.D.

David Kaye, M.D. is Director of Training in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry and Professor of Psychiatry at the University at Buffalo (UB). He completed medical school at the University of Vermont, and residency in general psychiatry and child/adolescent psychiatry at the University of Wisconsin. He is Board Certified in General Psychiatry and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry, and has been on the faculty at UB since 1982. He has written about a variety of topics in child psychiatry and is first author on a book for primary care physicians, Child and Adolescent Mental Health (Lippincott, Williams and Wilkins 2002). He is a national leader in psychiatric education and is a past President of the American Association of Directors of Psychiatric Residency Training.
